HOME HEALTH SERVICES
Wellcare Rehabilitation also provides in-home health services. Their team of physical therapists & assistants will visit home-bound patients and provide quality services in hopes of transitioning patients to outpatient care and independent living.
Wellcare Rehabilitation works with certified home health agencies that provide nursing, respiratory therapy, wound care and a variety of other home-care services.
